I wanted to take a minute and thank one of your drivers for his professionalism on Thursday evening. My family and I were in distress, due to a faulty brake job at Just Tires on Tuesday. We all damn near died. Your driver June arrived at 3333 Capital Blvd. after I had sent my family home with a friend. He worked diligently in the rain, assisted me in every way he could, even helped me take photos of my faulty brake caliper. This young man was a gentleman in every sense of the word. I am a retired Raleigh Police Sergeant and not much impresses me in this day and age. I want this young man to know he was appreciated. You have a great employee there at Raleigh Towing. Please make sure his supervisor and company owner see this email. He deserves a pat on the back.
